PERSON HAS NO SIBLING MEANS HIS FATHER HAS NO OTHER CHILD EXCEPT THIS PERSON.SO HIS FATHER'S ONLY SON WILL BE HE HIMSELF.

son... no siblings means he is only son of his father.. He is saying that "only son of my father’s
son” The person in the photo is his fathers grand son means...the boy is his son.
