so, the given eqn can be written as-
k/(2/k)-2/k-1=k-1
k^2/2-2/k-1=k-1
k^3-2*(k^2)-4*k=0
k(k^2-2*k-4)=0
solving k^2-2*k-4=0
k=1+sqrt5,1-sqrt5
now put these above values in eqn (i)to get r
