(n C 0)+(n C 1)+.......+(n C n)=2^n and (1+2+....+n)=(n(n+1))/2
so,
(0+1+2+...+28)=(28(28+1))/2=406
and (28 C 0)+(28 C 1)+...+(28 C 28)=2^28
2 * (2^28)=2^27
