A Boy loves a girl. But the Girl is deaf ,blind ,dumb ,uneducated and the Boy has to propose without touching her . How will he propose ?

• He would simply propose her by saying "I love you" or "Will you marry me?". Because the question is about 'how will the guy propose her without touching her?' And it's not about "The girl should understand the proposal".

  2) She will never undstand the concept of roses, hearts or rings.
