  since the cone is on the base of the cube so the diameter of the base of the cone is 7 cm and the height of the cone is 7 cm.
  the volume of the cone=pi*r^2*h/3=539/6
  volume of cone=s^3=343
  so ratio=(539/6)/343=11/42

  Volume of cone = 1/3(pi*r*r*h) = 1/3(pi*(7/2)^2*7).
