A square is divided by two lines lines such that 4 smaller rectangles are formed. Area of upper left rectangle is 15 cm sq and area of lower right side rectangle is 48 cm sq. Fine the side of the square.

• Right answer is 11. Find for factors of 15....i.e 3x5
  now difference between them is 2.
  So find the factors of 48 so that their difference too is 2 which is only possible for 6x8
  Hence 6+5 = 11 or 8 + 3 =11.
