what is the remainder when 789456123 is divided by 999

• there is a simple trick for 99 or 999..u have to add the digits from right side for 99 you will select the last 2 digits and add with next two last digits and go on..similarly for 999 u will add last three digits then its next two last digits and so on..
  
  so you will get 123 + 456 +789 =1368 again select last 3 and add them u will get 368 + 001 i.e 369 anssssssssss

• In case if you want to find 12345123451234512345.........upto n times by any three digit no. then divide n by no of digit being repeated and multiple by sum of group of 3 digits of given no. find result and if result is carrying more than 3 digits then again make group of 3 and again sum them until you get less than or equals to 3 digit no.
  then take (resultant no)modulo(given three digit no.)= it is your result
