• supppose total work is 20 unit so geo does 3/5 in 9 d mean 12 unit in 9 days so per day unit is 4/3 .after that 8 unit still remaining both did this in 4 days means complete 2 unit/day .so we find out the per day unit work of paul=2-4/3===2/3 so time taken by paul is 20(total unit)/2/3=30days
