  and of water be 0(although there is a shortcut the ans is 1/8)
  now (10s + 0w)/(s+w) * 12.5/100 = 10(as it is sold at c.p)

  12.5% gain so,c.p of mixture=100*1/112.5=8/9
  apply alligation,

  1-8/9 =1/9 8/9-0=8/9
  so ratio=1/9:8/9=1:8
