  than y should be y=0.4667.
  Because,
  Actual price of dozen roses is 2.80 dollars.
  so for x=1 rose she will have to pay y=0.233

  x=14
  
  now for y
  
  12y/x =12y/(x+10) +80/100(12y/x)
  
  solve y= 1.9
  14 roses
  for 1.9 dollers
  i think i m right logicaly also
  14+10 roses for 2 doller
  so y cant greater then 2
