then person has to pay 8400*7/2%=294
when tax is 3 1/3%
then person has to pay 8400*10/3%=280

when tax was 7/2%=(8400*7)/(2*100)=294 so he have to pay 8400+294=8694
when tax was 10/2%=(8400*10)/(3*100)=280 so he have to pay 8400+280=8680
so he has to (8694-8680)=14 rs less
