What is the difference between two parallel chords of 24 cm and 32 cm in a circle of radius 20cm

• 4cm will be the ans
  chord length 24 and 32 draw a line form origin to the chords straight .so ,using pythogorus theorem,square root of(20^2-16^2)=12cm
  and root of(20^2-12^2)=16cm
  so,diff between parallelchords is,16-12=4cm
