  now again, (b+c+d+e)/4=48 ........... (3)
  b+c+44+47=192
  b+c=101
  and from eqn 1,
  a+b+c=144
  hence , a= 144-101
  a=43.

  and e=d+3=47
  B+C+44+47=48*4
  b+c=101
  so,
  a+101=44
  hence a=43
