  1. sub F(x)=f(-3)
  
  2. -2=(a*81)+(b*9)-3+5 given F(-3)=2
  
  3. solving we get 81a=9b or a/b=1/9 or a=1 and b=9
  
  4. now sub f(3)
  
  5. F(3)=(1*81)+(9*9)+3+5
  
  6. we get F(3)=170
