  With due regards, I am sending this mail to inform you about the disturbance caused due to the ongoing construction of new building in our locality. The new construction site that is located at "ABC" road is causing a lot of irritating noise. The construction work goes till late at night. This disturbance is creating problems in our day-to-day life.
  So, please look into this matter and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue.
