Two computers each produced 48000 public utility bills in a day. One computer printed bills at the rate of 9600 an hour and the other at the rate of 7800 an hour. When the first computer finished its run, how many bills did the other computer still have to print?

  48000 / 9600 = 5
  5 * 7800 = 39000
  therefore 48000 - 39000 = 9000

  so 48000 bills in = (1/9600)*48000=5hrs
  now in 1hr c2 still have to print (9600-7800)=1800 bill
  so in 5hrs c2 still have to print=(1800*5)=9000 bills

  in 5 hrs 2nd computer print the bills=5*7800=39000
  
  so the extra bills for print are 48000-39000=9000
