  but they ordered 20% more that means 37.8+(37.8*1/5)=45.36,
  and given fractional parts cant be purchased so need to round it off and the result is 46,
  then 46 sq.feet costs Rs.x if each sq.feet is sold for Rs.9

  37.8 + 7.4 = 45.2
  Remove Fractional Part .2 = 45
