  lets take 100. 10^10=100(i-valid);forms square. 32 left = 68 - does not form square(ii - not valid).
  but lets take 81. 9^9=81 (i-valid); forms square; 81-32= 49 forms square (ii - valid); 49-8 = 41(cannot form square - iii - valid).
  Hence the answer should be 81.
