- Since the coin has either head or tail....so probability is 1/2 whatever they choose...

- answer is 1/4.
because dice have 1 to 6 numbers
now if they have divided odd and even numbers for respectively sangakara and ponting than probability that any one of them will win will be 1/2 because there are only two possibilities odd or even now so it will be 1/2.
now dice is biased so using coin if they toss it again for deciding who will bat that probability is 1/2.
now probability that dice shows correct is 1/2*1/2=1/4.
because for possibilities out of which one is correct
1)dice is odd and coin is in favor of sanga
2)dice is odd and coin is in favor of ponting
3)dice is even and coin is in favor of sanga
4)dice is even and coin is in favor of ponting - 13 years agoHelpfull: Yes(3) No(27)
