She said to williamsom that if she used v km/hr for 45 minutes and then redued speed to 2v/5 then she reached here 30 minutes late by t. then find v?

  3rd condition ::
  again given ,if she used km/hr for minutes and then redued speed to then she reached here minutes late (this condition is wrong)
  in mins she goes km = km
  
  remaining distance = v - (3v)/4 = v/4
  
  total journey is for min ( as we found t = 1 hr)
  but she is late by mins
  so now her total journey is for mins
  
  for this v/4 km she takes 45 mins => her speed is 60 xx v/4 xx 1/45 = v/3 km/h (2v)/5 km
