  (12m+8c)'s 8days wrk=(8*70)/(16*54)=35/54
  remaining wrk=19/54
  now,3 more children is added
  (12m+8c+3c)'s 1 day wrk=12(1/(16*12))+8(1/(24*18))+3(1/(24*18))=19/(18*12)
  for 19/54th wrk it would be (19/(18*12))*(54/19)=1/4
  so,ans is 4 days
