  now convert binary to decimal by(8421 code method) :
  256 128 64 32 16 8 4 2 1
  1 1 1 1 0 0 0 0 0
  now, 256+128+64+32=480
  then 389+91(480)=389+43680=44069.

  so 17*17 = 289

  So 420 (420) = 176400
