• Let the son's present age be x years. Then, man's present age = (x + 24) years.
  
  If u see anything in the question as after two years like tat , u have to add that years in both sides...sometimes many makes mistakes here adding year in one side...and always remember u have to add 2 years or whatever years given should be added in both sides..so ..
  
  (x + 24) + 2 = 2(x + 2)
  
  x + 26 = 2x + 4
