expected value = x*9= 9x
Wrong value = x/7

error in calculation= 9x-x/7 = 62x/7

% error = 100*(62x/7)/9x = 6200/63 % = 98.41%

If we divide it by 7 we will get 1, but if we multiply 7 by 9 we will get 63. It means we are having difference of 62 (63-1), which implies that 6200% of error have creeped into the value.
