  By reduction of Rs.1 per kg, = 56/7rs = 8kg rice. (As per reduction)
  
  Original Price(8rs), he can buy = 7kg of rice
  As per reduction(7rs), he buy a = 8kg of rice (1 kg more for 56rs).
