and a*(a+2d)/((a+d)*(a-d))=8/15

implies 7a^2+30ad+8d^2=0
or (a+4d)(7a+2d)=0
implies a+4d=0 or 7a+2d=0
now solving a+4d=0 and 2a+d=0 we have a=8 and d=-2
