  70000=x+2y-----------------------------------eq2
  70000=50000+y
  so y=20000 then x =50000-20000=30000
  first part =30000

  its divided as
  p1=x
  p2=50000-x
  SI1= (p1*n*r)/100 =(x*10*1)/100 =x/10
  SI2= (p2*n*r)/100 =((50000-x)*20*1)/100 =(100000-2x)/10
  now given,
  SI1+SI2=7000
  x/10 + (100000-2x)/10
  therefore,
  x=30000
