  it can be written as 28*(a+b+c)+(b+2c)=365
  28*13+1=365
  or28*12+29=365
  as b+2c cannot be equal to 1,therefore (a+b+c)=12,
  if we consider a,b,c as '+' integers.

• If we notice this question, we cn understand the logic. There is 365 which is a total year. Now look at d terms 28,30,31. These may be number of days in month.
  We have to calculate how many months are there which have 28,30,31 days. So easily we get (28*1)+(30*4)+(31*7)=365. So a+b+c=(1+4+7)=12.
