Read Solution (Total 3)
-
- let shopkeeper sell x chocolates in 12 rupees
cost of 1 choc = 12/x
i got x+2 chocs in 12 rupees
so cost of 1 choc for me = 12/(x+2)
according to given condition i got benefit of 1 rupees on 12 chocs
{(12/x) -(12/(x+2)) } * 12 = 1
solving this give x = 16
so i got 16+2 = 18 ans. - 9 years agoHelpfull: Yes(33) No(0)
- Approaching same method ans will be 16 since it is asking no of chocolates for 12 nd we have assume x no of chocolates for 12 rs
