  =>2(3x+2x)=1600
  =>5x=800
  =>x=160
  Therefore Length 3x = 3*160=480
  Breadth 2x = 2*160 = 320
  So, 480m*320m

  This is equal to the perimeter 2 ( l + b) = 1600
  But l : b = 3:2
  Let l = 3k, b = 2k
  Substituting, we get 2 ( 3k + 2k ) = 1600 => k = 180
  So dimensions are 480 x 320
