  (2x+3)/(x+3) -2=t-2 //subtracting 2 from both side
  3/(x+3)=t-2
  as rhs is integer
  for lhs to integer deno. should be 3,1,-3 which possible when x=0,-2,-6
  so nos of solution = 3
