firstly 5
for 4 values 20/5 =4(no of zeros
but for 5 values 25/5 + 25/25 =5+1 =6(5 values are never possible)
2ndly, 10 values 45/5+ 45/25 =9+1=10
but for 11 values 50/5 + 50/25=10+2=12(hence 11 values are never possible
For 16 values 70/5 + 70/25 =14+2 =16
But for 17 values 75/5 +75/25 =15+3 =18(hence 17 values are not possible )
