• tourist can go to either 3,4,5 cities.So for 3 cities permutataion will me (4c1*3c1)*3!=72.Now, for 4 cities (4c1*3c1*2c1)*4!=576, for 5 cities (4c1*3c1*2c1*1c1)*5!=2880.Therefor total 72+576+2880=3528.
