- First their was the volume of (64*3)=192 cubes and now (64+48+32)=144 cubes..could not understand it will be volume or area

I think ans is 1 face bcoz when u put 3 cubes sid b side and cut upper layes it affects 3 faces but the left hand face remain as it bco we r cutting 2nd cude anf 3rd cube so left hand face remain unaffected only...
