  My name is P.YESASWI working in department of DataBase.Yesterday i have received a call from my sister that my grand father got heart problem which is happend again like previously 2 months before.So i requested u a 5days leave because my grand father kept in ICU.
  I also reserve a ticket to go to my house which is located in another state, and also my train will left by evening 7:00pm. So please kindly grant my leave for 5days because my grand father is not feeling well.

  I have taken leave for two days because of my sister marriage.But i have taken extra five days leave beacause of my grand father who is suffering from severe heart problem.so i left my train.so i request you to appoligise for taking leave for extra five days.I request that it may not happen again.

  I am extremely sorry for taking five extra leaves with out informing you.I was in a critical situation my sister is operated for her illness,again twice in a month,I had left the train.

  I went to home to meet my sister but took 5 extra days leave to stay at home because of my grandfather.He had gone through a serious heart problem. when i am on my way to station i got this news about my grandfather that is why i left my train.I am sorry for this and hope you will understand my situation.
