The Answer is Option A
In the same direction the equation is
(200+160)/V1-V2=60s, so V1-V2=6 ( V1 and V2 are the respective velocities)
In the Opposite direction the equation is
(200+160)/(V1+V2)=10s, so V1+v2=36
Solving, V1=21m/s and V2=15m/s
