= (1.84 +3.72 +7.04 +0.48) * 25% + (0.4 +7.2 +1.8 +8) * 75%
= 3.27 +13.05
= 16.32

  12*31/100=3.72
  16*44/100=7.04
  24*2/100=0.48
  (1.84+3.72+7.04+0.48)=13.08*0.25=3.27

  24*30/100=7.2
  (0.4+1.8+8+7.2)=17.4*0.57=13.05

  it means 1/4
  3.27*4=13.08
  so we consider 25% of 3.27 and 75 % of 13.05
