A girl is blind, deaf, dumb and even uneducated. A boy loves her. How will he propose her without touching?

• he can offer her rose as it is symbol of love which she can smell and can understand that some one loves her .......and in ques it is mentioned that boy cannot touch her but it is not mentioned that girl can touch or not .....so girl can recognize the boy by touching him.....
