please tell me the process to find out a digit upto a given range
ex: suppose to find out no of zeros from 1 to 1000 range

• 1 to 100 = 11
  101 to 200 = 20
  201 to 300 = 20
  301 to 400 = 20
  401 to 500 = 20
  501 to 600 = 20
  601 to 700 = 20
  701 to 800 = 20
  801 to 900 = 20
  901 to 1000 = 21
  
  Total - 192 zeroes
  if 1000 is included
