ans is 0.40
the probability of getting bag A =0.75
but getting red ball from bag A,there are 12 red balls in A selecting 1 from 12=12c1
total there are 22 balls in bag A selecting 1 ball from bag A is 22c1=22
so probalitity of selecting bag A*propability of selecting red ball from bag A
0.75*12/22
=0.40

Answer is .41. First calculate probability of selecting a red ball from bag A which is 12/22. Then multiply it by .75. That will give you the result.
