last 2 digits should is divided by 4 then we can say number is divided by 4
we have 8 ways in filling last 2 blanks 12,16,24,32,36,52,56,64 now we are left with 3 blanks already 2 numbers are taken so there are 4 numbers so 1st blank filled in 4ways,2nd in 3,3rd in 2
so 4*3*2*8=192

192 numbers can be formed

Last 2 digits must be 12,16,24,32,36,52,56,64 = 8 ways

Remaining 3 digits in 4*3*2 = 24ways

Total = 24*8 = 192 ways

Test of divisibility by 4 is that the last two digits should be divisible by 4.

1 : When the last 2 digits are 12, i.e., _ _ _ 12 = 4 * 3 * 2 = 24 numbers

2 : When the last 2 digits are 16, there are 24 numbers

3 : When the last 2 digits are 24 there are 24 numbers

4 : When the last 2 digits are 32 there are 24 numbers

5 : When last 2 digits are 36 there are 24 numbers

6 : When last 2 digits are 52 there are 24 numbers

7 : When last 2 digits are 56 there are 24 numbers

8 : When last 2 digits are 64 there are 24 numbers

Total = 8 * 24 = 192

Let the speed of the stream be x km/hr. Then,
Speed downstream = (15 + x) km/hr,
Speed upstream = (15 - x) km/hr.
30 + 30 = 4 1
(15 + x) (15 - x) 2
900 = 9
225 - x2 2
9x2 = 225
x2 = 25
x = 5 km/hr.
