In 1176 ways ,if atleast one of them must gets exactly 1 object.

One of them get no object.
So it may be distributed as:-

1. when one of them get no object
0,1,6
Total ways= (7C0x7C1x6C6)3!=42
or
0,2,5
Total ways= (7C0x7C2x5C5)3!=126
or
0,3,4
Total ways= (7C0x7C3x4C4)3!=210

total ways
42+126+210=378
