for divisible by 4 last two digits fixed : 04,12,32,40,44,52.
bcoz repetition is not mention than we use repetition.
for first 2 digits are for 04 is 12,13,15,21,31,51,35,53,25,52,14,41.......... etc they are 29 case
also for 12,32....... etc. we found 29 case each
so add all case so answer is 174

for divisible by 4 last two digits fixed : 04,12,32,40,44,52.
in 1st pos 5 values can be placed except 0.
on 2nd 6 choices are there so->5*6*6=180
