formula for finding sum of all n digit=
n-1! * (sum of n digits) * 1111

here n=no of digits=4(1,5,2,8)

=3!*16*1111 =106656

For this when we put 1/5/2/8 at unit place i.e _ _ _ 8 ,_ _ _ 2 , _ _ _ 5 , _ _ _ 1 we can fill the remaining in 3*2*1 ways = 6 ways i.e 8 get in repeated at unit place for 6 times and the same could said for 1,2,5 . and hence unit digit be 6( 8 + 5 + 1 +2) and hence unit place will come up as 6 and from option u will get a clear answer as 106656.

(b).1+5+2+8=16 4!=24>>>no of nos that can be formed

24/4=6

6*16=96

96 * 96(10)*96(100)*96(1000)=106656

there are 3*2*1=6 ways to place a particular digit at a particular place,
so the sum=6*(1+5+2+8)*1000+6*(1+5+2+8)*100+6*(1+5+2+8)*10+6*(1+5+2+8)*1
=96000+9600+960+96
=106656
