Consider the worst case-
1st draw- red
2nd draw-green
3rd draw-orange
4th draw- any one of the colours would make a pair.
so minimum 4 draws are required.

considering the worst case
let at the 1st attempt any of 41 red
2nd attempt be any of 23 green
3rd attempt be any of 11 orange
at 4th attempt there must be any of the colors thus considering the worst case no: of attempts to be made is 4
and at the same time best case is 2
