Let, total money =M.
So, M*(1-.375-.4)=3375; => M= 3375/(1-.375-.4); => M = 15000
So,his wife got = 15000*(.375)= 5625.
So, his wife got Rs. 5625/-

ans:- 5625
let man's salary is x
Now,
x-(x*0.375)-(x*0.4)=3375
1x-0.375x-0.4x=3375
1x-0.775x=3375
0.225x=3375
x=15000
now man spend on his wife=15000*0.375=5625

suppose man's having total money "x".
so his wife is having 0.375x money and son is having 0.4x
and he is still having 3375 rs....
so the equation will be..
x-(0.375x+0.4x)=3375
so x=3375/0.225 after solving the equation.
and we have asked how much wife got.... ie 0.375x we will put the above value f x in this so we get 0.375*3375/0.225= 5625
ans. rs 5625 is wife's share.

if that person gave 0.75 to his wife and 0.4 to his son he has left with 0.225 of the remaining i.e., 0.225*x=3375 => x=15000 then his wife gets 15000*0.375=5625

x-0.375x-0.4x=3375
0.225x=3375
x=15000
total money given to wife=0.375x=15000*0.375=5625

let us assume man have money initially=x
he give 0.375 of his money to his wife so he has x-0.375
and he give 0.4 to his son so he has x-.375x-0.4x
given that he has still 3375 so
x-0.775x=3375=>.225x=3375
x=3375/.225=15000

ho sorry here the question is howmuch amount his wife get so
0.375*(15000)=5625
so the answers is 5625

consider total is one part
so 0.375+0.4+y=1;
y=0.225;
225/1000(x)=3375;
x=5000;
