take ac combine statement: Alberto has knowledge about Indian Villages.and Alberto is not an American

none of these is the final solution of this question..
ac and db is not correct answer because in this case single person alberto belongs with bots category american and non american which is not possible.one person can not have both property.either single these statemnet are true but combined option c is logically false.

so option d is correct.
