i think the no.s will be 1234 which makes 24 numbers
1054 which makes 18 numbers
1027 which makes 18 numbers
1063 which makes 18 numbers
and 2350 which again makes 18 numbers

so total numbers are 24+18+18+18+18= 96

hence 96^2 = 9216

numbers where the summation of all non repetitive digits are 10=1234,3700,4600,2350
numbers of all 4 digit numbers where rhe summation is equal to 0=4!+(4!-2)+(4!-2)+(4!-1)
=91
therefore,2=91
2^2=8281
