that equ.can be written as- (x+1) (2x-3) (x-2)+(x-6) / x^2
solving equation we get 2x-5
substitute x=44444444 in above equation we get- 88888883

through digital sum concept::

44444445= 33; 3+3=6
88888885= 61; 6+1=7
44444442= 30; 3+0=3
44444438= 35; 3+5=8

In numerator digital sum = 6*7*3*8 =1008 = 1+0+0+8=9
In denominator digital sum =36=(3+6)^2 = 81; 8+1=9

numerator /denominator = 9/9=1

According to options 88888888 =8+8+8+8+8+8+8+8=64; 6+4=10; 1+0= 1

see in question and answer option is same so C is correct..
