A. 25

The average of six numbers is 30.

sum of 6 numbers = 6*30=180

If the average of first four is 25
sum of first 4 numbers = 4*25=100
and that of last three is 35,
sum of last 3 numbers= 3*35 =105
Fourth number = 100+105-180= 25

My answer is A. Here is the explanation -
The average of first four is 25 => total = 25*4 = 100
The average of last three is 35 => total = 35*3 = 105
The average of six is 30 => total = 30*6 = 180

So we can form an equation - assuming fourth number = x
100+105-x = 180
Hence x = 25.

conside xi+x2+x3+x4+x5+x6=30*6, -------3
x1+x2+x3+x4=25*4------(1)
x5+x6+x4=35*3----------(2)
solving 1,2,3
180-x5-x6=100
180+x4-105=100
therfore x4=25

Answer is 25. let the numbers are x1, x2, x3, x4, x5 & x6
from 1st option x1+x2+x3+x4+x5+x6= 30*6=180 (let, eq 1).
from 2nd option we get: x1+x2+x3+x4= 25*4=100 or, x1+x2+x3= 100-x4
from 3rd option we get: x4+x5+x6=35*3=105 or, x5+x6= 105-4.
now we put the value of (x1+x2+x3) & (x5+x6) in eq 1. then we get the result.

given (a+b+c+d+e+f)6=30
(a+b+c+d)4=25 (a+b+c+d)=100 (a+b+c)=100-d
(d+e+f)3=35 (d+e+f)=105 (e+f)=105-d
(a+b+c+d+e+f)=180
100-d+d+105-d=180
205-d=180
d=25
